TERMS AND CONDITIONS

for the use of the online store www.rootina.com

I. GENERAL PROVISIONS

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between SKINTELLECT Ltd. (СКИНТЕЛЕКТ ЕООД) and the users of the online store www.rootina.com in connection with ordering, purchasing and delivering the goods offered. By placing an order through the Site, the Consumer declares that they accept these Terms and Conditions. These Terms have been prepared in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, the Electronic Commerce Act and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

II. DEFINITIONS

• "Seller" is the online store www.rootina.com, owned by SKINTELLECT Ltd., UIC 208484644, VAT No. BG208484644, with its registered office and address of management at 155 Cherni Vrah Blvd., 1407 Sofia, Bulgaria.

• "Consumer" is the person who orders goods through the Site.

• "Goods" means any product offered for sale on the Site.

• "Order" is a purchase request made by the Consumer through the Site.

III. ORDERS, PRICES AND PAYMENT

Orders are accepted only through the Site. An order is considered placed after confirmation by the Consumer and receipt of an automatic message from the Seller; the Seller may refuse an order if the goods are out of stock or the data cannot be confirmed.

All prices are final, in euros, including VAT. Payment is made by debit or credit card through a secure payment channel, or by cash on delivery with Econt (to address or to office). The online store does not offer bank transfer.

IV. DELIVERY

Delivery is made within Bulgaria using the following courier options:

Delivery is free for orders over EUR 100.

Cash on delivery is available with Econt (to address or to office) at the same delivery price.

Delivery times are approximate and run from the order confirmation. On receipt, the Consumer should inspect the parcel in the presence of the courier.

V. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Under Art. 50 of the Consumer Protection Act, the Consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, by notifying the Seller and returning the goods in their original condition. Refunds are made within 14 days of the notification, and the cost of return is borne by the Consumer. The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery for hygiene reasons (Art. 57 of the Consumer Protection Act).

VI. COMPLAINTS

The Consumer may file a complaint about goods not conforming to the contract within 1 month of delivery, using the contact details provided, in accordance with the procedure of the Consumer Protection Act.

VII. PERSONAL DATA

The Seller processes Consumers' personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), solely for fulfilling orders and customer service. Details are available in the Site's Privacy Policy.

VIII. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In case of a dispute, the Consumer may contact the Consumer Protection Commission (www.kzp.bg) or the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr). Matters not covered here are governed by Bulgarian law.

IX. FINAL PROVISIONS

The Seller may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time; changes take effect from their publication on the Site.
